THOUSANDS OF YEARS AGO a cybernetic ghost haunted Carl. Why, you ask? Well, wouldn’t you like to know! His house was built on the graveyard of elves, enslaved by the Great Red Ape (Santa of Claus) and forced to make toys to be thrown at prey… and defecated upon. This, of course, before they unionized. Luckily, when life hands Carl lemons, he makes lemonade, selling this curse to rock-legend Danzig for a million bucks.
